The William

The William is an adaptive reuse project that transforms a historic downtown structure into a mixed-use destination with apartments, commercial space, and Carrigan’s as its anchor tenant. The design preserves the building’s early-20th-century character while introducing contemporary interventions that give the block new life without erasing its past.
